Advance tickets may be purchased through this website. Eventbrite is the official ticketing partner of District Music Hall. Any tickets listed on StubHub, SeatGeek, Vividseats, EventTicketsCenter, or any other website claiming to sell tickets besides Eventbrite, are third-party vendors re-selling tickets. If you are experiencing any issues relating to tickets purchased from a third-party vendor, please address all issues with them directly, as they are not official partners with District Music Hall.
The Facility Fee is added to each ticket - revenue is used for the upkeep of District Music Hall, historic theater was restored and now owned by NHCPA Norwalk LLC , 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is cancelled or postponed. Please note openers are always subject to change.
All shows are all ages unless otherwise noted.
An ID is only required if you plan on drinking alcohol. In compliance with state laws, anyone 21 and older who plans on drinking alcohol will have to show a valid, non-expired, government-issued photo ID. Anyone without proper ID, regardless of age, will be treated as under 21 and will not be allowed to buy, hold, or drink alcohol. This policy is strictly enforced and any violation will result in immediate ejection from the venue.
District Music Hall is a multi-configuration venue. If in use, our Balcony and Opera Box Sections are always seated. Some shows will have a Reserved Seated Floor, and some will have a General Admission Standing Room Only section. Please refer to your show of interest’s event details for more information.
We have ADA Accessible Seating available in the back of the venue on the first floor. ADA Accessible Seating is NOT available in the balcony sections.
Our venue has fully stocked bars that offer a variety of domestic and craft beers, liquor, wine, soft drinks, juice and water. No outside food or drink is permitted, and no drinks purchased at our bar can leave the theater under any circumstance. Food is not available at the venue. We recommend visiting BanC House, BJ Ryan's or Coals which are all located within walking distance of the venue for dinner before your show!
Paid parking is available on Wall Street, directly behind the theater off Isaac’s Street and the Yankee Doodle Parking Garage located a block away from the theater.
Recording and photo policies are on a per show basis and are at the discretion of the band.
