FAQs

Advance tickets may be purchased through this website. Eventbrite is the official ticketing partner of District Music Hall. Any tickets listed on StubHub, SeatGeek, Vividseats, EventTicketsCenter, or any other website claiming to sell tickets besides Eventbrite, are third-party vendors re-selling tickets. If you are experiencing any issues relating to tickets purchased from a third-party vendor, please address all issues with them directly, as they are not official partners with District Music Hall.
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless a show is cancelled or postponed. Please note openers are always subject to change. If you can't make the event, use Tixel to resell your ticket.
